Ultimate Corporate Package

A "Seasoned" NEVADA Corporation - 3 to 4 year old full service Corporation or LLC with NV Registered Agent. Choose a C corporation or LLC with a name that YOU choose. We will complete and file your company forms for you and receive your Corporate Charter and Articles of Organization/Incorporation as your Agent in Fact. We will complete any filings with the Secretary of State and provide you with a Corporate Seal, Personalized Corporate Book, Stock or Membership Certificates and Ledger. Written LLC or corporate education, information and guidelines on how to use your company are also included. We will obtain your EIN from the IRS* and provide the required Registered Agent Services for 1 year. A personalized Operating Agreement or By-Laws and a completed Banking Resolution are also included for your convenience. We will provide you with your Annual Meeting Minutes and additional forms for your use. A list of Managers/Members/Officers or Directors will also be filed with the Secretary of State along with your initial paperwork. The entire process generally takes 30 business days to complete.

Business Credit Builder
This program is the foundation to advanced level of business credit building. The Business Credit Builder will help you establish your business credit and set it up so you can start to obtain lines of credit from the bank. This foundation will consist of helping you to establishing trade or vendor credit and building the Paydex (Credit Score) (from Dunn and Bradstreet).
Corporate Credit Coach: An experienced professional to guide, encourage, and enlighten you regarding the many unique but exciting aspects and facets of corporate credit. Your Coach is available to you for 6 months.
We will tell you what necessary information that you will need to compile in order to optimize your chances of receiving the highest credit (Paydex) score possible in the shortest amount of time with the major business credit reporting agencies. The entire process generally takes 6 months to complete.
